COURTNEY LINDLEY

Courtney Lindley currently serves as the President of Vestlink Holdings, LP, and Slim Street LP. Previously, he spent the last nine years as the VP of Real Estate for Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Prior to joining Potbelly, Mr. Lindley served as the Senior Director of Real Estate for the western region of the United States for Starbucks Coffee Company.

Mr. Lindley is an experienced corporate finance, operations and
development professional, and has led and assisted in numerous
expansions of Fortune 500 companies and small single/multiunit
operators. Transactions include complex market evaluation, hiring of
broker network, site evaluation, hiring of key employees, capital
management, site development and operations.

Mr. Lindley's investment experience has included commercial real estate
projects, Senior and Memory care facilities, Hotels, Medical
facilities, Technology and a focus on entertainment venues and
restaurants.

Mr. Lindley has been involved in private placement acquisitions and
valuations of distressed and healthy companies across a variety of industries. Mr. Lindley has a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a major in finance with Real Estate emphasis from Texas Christian University.

Bob Gregg is most recently Director of Operations for Potbelly Sandwich Shop in TX. Bob's responsibilities oversaw daily operations as well as achieving growth targets in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio markets.  He grew the business from 37 units in 2012 to 56 in 2015 while managing 8 District Managers directly as well as Catering Sales Managers, Zone Training Manager, Management Recruiting Specialist, and Facilities Manager.  He has worked for Potbelly the past 14 years and been an integral figure in the development of operations helping to take the company from 6 shops to over 400. 

 

Bob's impact on the organization's growth was significant including development of the Potbelly franchise program.  In this role, he led development of selection process for franchisees that would be accepted into the program as well as all franchise support program, training process and brand compliance standards.  Prior to development of the franchise program, he led the Operations Services team as Director for 3 years.  In this role, he was responsible all projects and processes that are implemented into the shops.  His role was project lead on all Menu Development, IT Integration and Reporting, Supply Chain Improvement, Marketing and Facilities Improvements.  Bob wrote the Potbelly Operations Manual, developed an Online Ordering System, Labor Optimization Model for Staffing, Drive Thru Operations Plan, and implemented many successful menu initiatives.

BOB GREGG

 

Mr. Gregg is an operations specialist who has spent his career with Potbelly building strong teams in each position he has held from General Manager to Director of Operations.  He is passionate about Best Practices based operational assessments, and implemented a continuous improvement process at Potbelly that is still the foundation of quarterly goal setting, planning and execution.

 

Prior to Potbelly, Bob worked in retail managing the development of a retail specialty bread, coffee and tea shop in Chicago.  Red Hen Bread was a high end bake house that provided artisan French breads to all the best hotels and restaurants in the city.  Bob developed the retail and storefront business, and successfully opened three units before making the transition to Potbelly.

CHARLOTTE MOORMAN

 

Charlotte Moorman currently serves as Director of Business Development for Vestlink Holdings, LP and Slim Street, LP. Charlotte works actively to manage strategic and operational marketing and vendor relationship activities, as well as accounts payable management.

 

Prior to joining Vestlink Holdings in 2016, Charlotte worked for two years as marketing director for a Dallas-based design company, where she acquired, managed and maintained e-commerce partners, including major online retailers. In addition, Charlotte ran multiple advertising campaigns, both locally and at a national level, using conventional methods and creative solutions to generate brand exposure and market penetration.

 

Charlotte graduated from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance, and was recognized as an SMU Distinguished Scholar.
